We're excited to announce that our second class students are participating in the Picker Pals programme this year! Picker Pals is an engaging environmental initiative that encourages young students to take action in caring for their local environment.
Each week, the children in the class all have a chance to bring home the Picker Pack. This pack contains everything needed to do a short litter-pack with a parent or trusted adult. The idea is to spend some time together litter-picking safely, having a good time and making a positive difference. This part of the activity is completely voluntary.
Our school will be joining a community of 250,000 people who have already taken part in Picker Pals.
